John De Souza
John De Souza began his relationship with Cressy & Everett in 1993 as a consultant, in 2007 joined the firm as Director of Information Technology and Systems, and became a partner in 2009. He is responsible for technology strategy and operations for the area’s largest broker covering NW Indiana and SW Michigan. A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. De Souza received an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Management and minor in Management Information Systems from University of Notre Dame. He teaches at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, and at other professional institutes on topics of technology, human communication and leadership.
Prior to Cressy & Everett, Mr. De Souza spent 14 years a management consultant with Interax Corporation, where he worked with clients from Higher Education, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, and other industries.
